Position will provide medical and ancillary case management services to patients with barriers to specialty care due to lack of insurance and other inhibiting socio-economic factors, assisting them with assessing clinical and community resources.read more
The Quality Coordinator supports the activities of the Quality Improvement (QI) Program for the clinic. The primary responsibility of the quality improvement coordinator is to ensure that all staff complies with quality, service performance and medical record policies and procedures.read more
The Clinical Services Supervisor/Triage Nurse Supervises and coordinates various clinical and administrative activities. Participates in the projects that OIC FMC has approved such as patient centered medical home and meaningful use. The Staff Physician at Downtown Health Center (DHC) provides direct care services to patients within an urgent care environment. Injuries addressed will be those requiring immediate medical attention, but not serious enough to require an Emergency Department visit (such as various sports related injuries, etc.).read more

OIC seeks a full‐time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to support the expansion and enhancement of our outpatient behavioral health program. While collaborating with each client’s primary care provider, the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will assess clients and provide them treatment utilizing Evidence Based Practice.read more
