PHARMACY DELIVERY DRIVER
The Pharmacy Delivery Driver is responsible for driving vehicles safely and deliver products in a timely fashion to designated destination for customer product deliveries.
QUALITY IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR
The Quality Coordinator supports the activities of the Quality Improvement (QI) Program for the clinic. The primary responsibility of the quality improvement coordinator is to ensure that all staff complies with quality, service performance and medical record policies and procedures.
CLINICAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR/TRIAGE NURSE (RN)
The Clinical Services Supervisor/Triage Nurse Supervises and coordinates various clinical and administrative activities. Participates in the projects that OIC FMC has approved such as patient centered medical home and meaningful use. Collaborates with the Medical Director and the Quality Coordinator to identify clinical staff performance issues.
NURSE PRACTITIONER – DOWNTOWN HEALTH CENTER
The Nurse Practitioner at Downtown Health Center provides health care coordination for patients including assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status within an urgent care environment.
STAFF PHYSICIAN – DOWNTOWN HEALTH CENTER
The Staff Physician at Downtown Health Center (DHC) provides direct care services to patients within an urgent care environment. Injuries addressed will be those requiring immediate medical attention, but not serious enough to require an Emergency Department visit (such as various sports related injuries, etc.).
CLINICAL MEDICAL ASSISTANT – DOWNTOWN HEALTH CENTER
Our CMA at Downtown Health Center performs clinical duties as they pertain to outpatient urgent care. Assists with medical procedures and tests in conjunction with patient visits and assists the Physician/Physician Assistant within an urgent care environment. Position will participate in QI activities as needed.
PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE-DOWNTOWN HEALTH CENTER
The Patient Services Representative at Downtown Health Center (DHC) is responsible for inputting complete, correct patient demographic information, updating all patient financial data, verifying and documenting patient benefits on each account within an urgent care environment.
PHARMACY SUPPORT ANALYST
The Pharmacy Support Analyst performs specialty functions, including back up as a Pharmacy Technician, in support of the OIC-FMC Pharmacy and 340b program.
The Triage Nurse will provide patient presentation triage for new, existing call-in and walk-in patients. This nurse will initiate the visit based on severity of illness or episodic event, and other facility and patient barriers to care.
MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST (2 POSITIONS)
One position will focus on coding and billing claims for primary care services. One position will focus on coding and billing claims for Radiology, Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. Experience obtaining prior authorizations required for both.
