QUALITY IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR (RN or LPN Required)
The Quality Improvement Coordinator supports the activities of the Quality Improvement (QI) Program for the clinic. Responsibilities include: data collection, analysis and report preparation. Supports the Quality Improvement Committee (Internal) and the Quality Compliance and Improvement Committee (Board). Participates and assists in preparation for clinical audits and surveys.

The Administrative Assistant (Temp) assists the Director of Administration in maintaining programs and completing tasks of the department. Performs advanced administrative duties such as assisting with writing grants, drafting newsletters and other forms of print communication, proofreading, attending meetings, taking minutes, answering phones and providing exceptional customer service. The Administrative Assistant will also assist other departments within the organization as well as provide support to community partners as directed.
GRANT WRITER/GRANT MANAGEMENT
The Grant Writer/Grant Management will write, coordinate and manage and oversee all grants to ensure compliance from inception to completion. This position will assist in seeking and procuring funding opportunities for all departments in the organization. The Grant Writer/Grant Management will be responsible for grant writing and required to pursue relationships with community partners, funding sources, and any entities that may assist the organization in accomplishing its goals.
The Dentist is responsible for providing oral care for patients including preventative and restorative oral procedures. Provides general information to help prevent problems with teeth and gums. Position will participate in QI activities as needed.
Oversee the preparation and billing of all third-party claims to appropriate payers accurately within reimbursement guidelines. Audit patient encounter forms, patient accounts, electronic billing reports and all HCFA forms to insure accuracy in coding and charges. Process all payments received in a timely manner and document all receivable data for reporting purposes.
CERTIFIED MATERIAL HANDLER
The Certified Material Handler is responsible for daily work production at on and off-site locations.
DENTAL ASSISTANT II
Supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; performing procedures in compliance with the dental practice act.
CLINICAL MEDICAL ASSISTANT (Certification Required; Bilingual Preferred)
Performs Clinical duties as they pertain outpatient clinical care. Assists provider (Physician/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) with medical procedures and tests in conjunction with patient visits. Position will participate in QI activities as needed.
NURSE PRACTITIONER AND/OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Responsible for health care coordination for patients in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care (assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status). Position will participate in QI activities as needed.
The Staff Physician provides direct care services to patients within an urgent care environment. Injuries addressed will be those requiring immediate medical attention, but not serious enough to require an Emergency Department visit (such as various sports related injuries, etc.).
